Hannah & Vito’s Christmas Wedding in Central Florida
Hannah and Vito had a gorgeous Christmas wedding in Central Florida. The couple celebrated the holiday season with a classic color palette of red, white and pine green.
Getting Ready for a Romantic Christmas Wedding
Hannah wore a classic gown with lace details on the bodice and a tulle skirt. The dress featured a discrete sparkle which looked like snow when the light hit it. Hannah’s pumps acted as her something blue. Delicate diamond jewelry and a dramatic veil completed the bride’s look.
Hannah’s bouquet was the perfect Christmas combo. Red and white roses were complimented by evergreens and pine cones. The bridesmaids wore crimson red, floor length gowns, the groomsmen, classic black tuxedos. Vito wore a black tux with a wood-like bow tie, complete with a hidden Mickey, for the couple’s love of Disney.
The Christmas Wedding Ceremony in Central Florida
The ceremony was held at Mission Inn Resort’s Plaza de la Fontana. Vito shared a moment with his family and groomsmen before heading down the aisle to await his bride. The ceremony looked beautiful with poinsettias filling the gardens. The ceremony chairs adorned by silver dusted pinecones hung with ribbon. Vito stood at the altar eagerly as the flower girl stopped for a moment to splash in the fountain before making her way down the aisle. When Hannah turned the corner with her dad, she looked stunning. Tears of happiness rolled down Vito’s face as he took Hannah’s hands from her dad’s. Lon Tosi of Sensational Ceremonies presided over the ceremony. The vows were simple and heartfelt. Hannah and Vito giggled as they kissed for the first time as husband and wife before making their way down the aisle.
Romantic Sunset Wedding Portraits
Following family and group photos, the couple traveled by golf cart through the resort for wedding portraits. The couple had perfect timing allowing them a gorgeous blue and purple twilight sky backdrop.
Central Florida Christmas Wedding Reception
The Christmas wedding theme continued into reception. Reception tables were draped in snow white linen and red napkins with mahogany chiavari chairs. Arrangements of evergreens and pine sat at the center of tables, alternating with lanterns. The couple skipped the traditional guest book and instead had each guest sign a wooden tree ornament. Hannah and Vito opened the dance floor with formal dances. The couple shared a father / daughter dance, mother / son dance and a first dance. After the first dance, Vito’s sister, who is wheelchair bound, surprised the couple by rising from her wheelchair long enough to share in a dance with the couple. Gasps were heard and tears filled the room.
As the party went on, the couple stopped for a moment alone on Plaza de las Palmas. Vito spun his new bride under a sea of market lights as they danced under the stars.
Party Time
Following Hannah & Vito’s alone time, the couple returned to the party. The couple cut the cake and opened the sweets table filled with Christmas cookies. Hannah threw her bouquet and Vito, Hannah’s garter. As the night when on, both the music and the party picked up the tempo. Hannah and Vito, both lovers of electronic / house music, wanted the party to be fun. The groomsmen appeared on the dancefloor in inflatable dinosaur costumes and family and friends raged through the night.
Happily Ever After
Hannah and Vito ended the night with a romantic sparkler exit. Family and friends bid them farewell as the escaped into the night. The couple didn’t go too far though. They met up with the bridal party in the Billiards Room for one last epic photo to end the night.
From the Mother of the Groom:
It was by far the perfect wedding!! Working with Bri to book the wedding was great. She made the entire process so easy to understand and helped us decide on exactly what we wanted. The wedding coordinator was incredible to work with. We are a very detail orientated family and she helped us figure out every detail making the wedding just perfect. So many guests told us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to.
The ceremony in the Plaza de la Fontana was just picture perfect. The cocktail hour and reception was also just wonderful. The setting was just perfect. Having a wedding at The Mission Inn when many of your guests will be coming from out of town was just wonderful. We had almost 70 guests staying there and everyone loved it especially those who play golf!!! If you are looking at having a wedding in Central Florida I would highly recommend the Mission Inn!!!!
